Due to expansion of the staff, we are looking for a Legal Consultant of International Law with knowledge of English to work on a remote basis.

Who are we looking for?

A person with a proven experience in selling legal services in the field of international law, obligatory knowledge of English, understanding of the VIP audience, and ability to bring any lead to a sale, including cross-sale of services.
*
*
The target audience of SORP Group is bilingual, so fluent English and an intuitive understanding of the mentality is a must.
*
*
Responsibilities:
*
*
Providing oral and written advice on legal inquiries to our clients; as well as tax issues, including international relations, preparation of CPs;
*
*
Negotiating, including business correspondence, with LPR in Russian and English, identifying needs, finding solutions, selling services provided by the company.
*
*
Preparation of various documents for clients (commercial proposals, presentations, newsletters, "road maps", references, estimates, etc.).
*
*
Interaction with governmental and regulatory authorities of UAE and other countries, participation in negotiations with foreign contractors;
*
*
Analysis of legislation and corporate practices, preparation of legal reports, opinions, flowcharts and expertise of international business structures;
*
*
Participation in the procedure of preparation, negotiation and drafting of agreements, foreign trade contracts, formation of shareholder resolutions and other legally significant documents;

*
Requirements: Fluent English (C1 or higher)
*
*
Fluent Russian ( B2 or higher)
*
*
Higher legal education;
*
*
Minimum of 2 years experience in international law in corporate sector, experience in international consulting company is an advantage.

Experience in legal and tax consulting and writing legal due diligence and risk opinions is an advantage;
*
*
Experience of working with large amounts of data, in multitasking mode;
*
*
Competent and clear verbal and written communication, ability to communicate a position succinctly and quickly, and to offer alternatives;
*
*
Ability to dive independently into the specifics of the company and the peculiarities of local law;
*
*
Responsibility, high capacity for work, stress resistance.
