We are looking for a highly experienced and results-oriented

Real Estate Sales Manager

with a strong focus on off-plan property sales. The ideal candidate should have an in-depth understanding of the UAE real estate landscape, a proven track record in managing premium property portfolios, and the ability to lead and motivate a sales team toward achieving outstanding performance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote off-plan projects and achieve company revenue objectives. Lead, train, and inspire a team of property consultants to consistently meet individual and team sales targets. Build and maintain strong client relationships, while liaising closely with developers and investors. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and potential business opportunities. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to successful deal closure. Deliver professional project presentations and conduct client site tours. Work closely with marketing teams to enhance project visibility and support lead-to-sales conversion. Ensure compliance with company policies, UAE real estate regulations, and all legal requirements. Provide regular performance reports, sales projections, and market insights to senior management.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of real estate sales experience, including at least 3 years specializing in off-plan projects in the UAE. Strong knowledge of the Dubai and Abu Dhabi property markets, key developers, and current investment dynamics. Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve sales targets in competitive market conditions. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation capabilities. Professional appearance, confident personality, and a strong client-service mindset. Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional European languages is an advantage.
