Job Description
The growing company is seeking to hire a sales manager who will be responsible for supervising and organizing the sales team. Location: Dubai Silicon Oasis Position: Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
- Meeting planned sales goals.
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business or related field.
- Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as Sales Manager/ TL in reputed Real Estate Company.
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Experience managing and directing a sales team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Extensive project/ developer information in U.A.E
- Dubai Silicon Oasis: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Do you have experience in real estate in UAE ?
- Do you have minimum 5 experience as Sales Manager in real estate in UAE ?
- Can you speak native European ?
- Can you join immediately or within 2 weeks ?
