Responsibilities:
- Prospecting potential clients, analyzing market trends, and intermediate negotiation processes ensure a fair and honest deal.
- Planning monthly sales targets and executing them in the given time frame.
- Handling Sales activities with a focus on achieving predefined sales targets.
- Create new business prospects using research to generate leads and hit the sales target.
- Presentation of our projects to customers and clients.
- Managing activities related to contract negotiation and completion.
- Effectively managing client enquiries, concerns, and objections.
- Be knowledgeable of the market.
- Manage a portfolio of listings.
- Manage a portfolio of clients, with detailed information on their requirements.
- Be a market specialist so you can advise and guide your clients
- Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in real estate industry.
- Possesses excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic .,Russian.
- Well-presented and a good work ethics.
- Honest, trustworthy with good values.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge in MS Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
- SELLING IN REAL ESTATE: 4 years (Required)
- English and Arabic with selling skills in property sell (Required)
- Dubai (Required)
- 50% (Preferred)
