Qualifications:

Candidate should have minimum 6+ years experience in Real estate.
Candidate with more years of experience in brokerage company are highly preferred
Must have team management experience and driving the sales target achievement as a team.
Candidate with experience in luxury and high value property sales is highly preferred.

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and meet sales targets.
Lead and mentor a sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through business development initiatives.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
