You will be directly reporting to the CEO and be responsible for managing, training, and monitoring the sales team to ensure sales targets are achieved. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage, train, and develop a sales team

• Achieve sales revenue targets as per the company business plan
• Manage the entire sales process flow in terms of strategy and prospect management
• Develop effective training programs to help agents advance their product knowledge, selling and negotiation skills
• Support and assist agents in closing deals when required
• To motivate and monitor the sales team to insure the best productivity and consistent sales
• Managing KPIs for each member of the sales team including lead's conversion and sales target
• To be involved in the acquisition, interviewing, and hiring process for the sales team
• Design, plan and execute new sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals and revenue including internationally
• REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience in the Brokerage real estate industry for at least 5 years is a must

• 2-3 years of work experience as a sales Manager and/or Sales Director
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market at a high level
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Deep understanding of the broker's work, including knowledge of the schemes and structures of the transaction process
• Strong personality and a "can-do" attitude * Proven organizational and planning ability
• Confident, yet approachable with excellent leadership skills
• UAE driving license and a car
