. You'll be responsible for identifying, pitching, and onboarding property owners, developers, and landlords to expand our managed property assets. Key Responsibilities
Drive new business by identifying and targeting property owners and developers for property management services
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities
Develop tailored proposals and presentations to win new management contracts
Conduct property walkthroughs and needs assessments for potential clients
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, legal, finance) to ensure smooth onboarding of new properties
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to inform strategy
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings
Qualifications & Requirements
Proven experience in real estate sales, business development, or property management (3+ years preferred)
Strong understanding of property management services and the real estate market
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
Valid real estate license (preferred but not mandatory depending on region)
