Our client in Saudi Arabia, Established in 1975, is engaged in the supply and installation of Insulation and Fireproofing Materials and maintenance services in OIL and Gas industry They are approved vendors of Aramco

They require urgently Sales Manager and Asst. Sales Managers

SALES/ MARKETING MANAGER / ASST SALES MANAGER

Responsibilities:

- Preparation & executing of the annual marketing & sales plan and reviewing various weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports. - Building good relationship with existing and prospective clients. - Increase the sales and marketing of all company's existing products and services. - Elaborate business development plans, design, and implement processes to support business growth, through customer and market definition. - Facilitate business growth by working together with clients as well as business partners (suppliers, subcontractors, JV partners, technology providers, etc.). - Conducting market research to be aware of latest market developments and customer's needs & wants. - Preparation of market studies to determine market share and competitors' activities. - Recommend new products, services, divisions and prepare all studies and documents to support such recommendations and initiatives. - Study new business investments and conduct or review business plans and feasibility studies. - Handles vendor registration and renewal in key existing clients such as Saudi Aramco, SABIC and others. - Search for new projects for the company by being updated with recent business developments and trends in the country. - Solving marketing problems and obstacles during execution of the marketing plan. - Studying and recommending various strategies to motivate sales engineer. - Coordinate with Company divisions and conduct regular visits to the divisions and make sure current projects on hand are progressing as planned are implemented in terms of project completion related to sales. - Overall supervision on service mix sales, margins, commissions, and bonuses.

Required Experience :

Preparation & executing of the annual marketing & sales plan and reviewing various weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports Education :

Qualification : Degree holder with minimum three years marketing/sales experience in specifically in industrial coating, fireproofing, insulation, oil & gas sector.
