Sales Manager – Project Sales (building Materials)

Job Description

We are looking for a

dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager

to lead our

Project Sales Division

in the

building materials sector

. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership abilities, in-depth industry knowledge, and a proven track record of driving sales growth while leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities



1. Team Leadership & Performance



Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets. Set clear KPIs, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback and coaching. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

2. Sales Strategy & Execution



Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business goals. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities. Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline management to ensure sustainable growth.

3. Client Relationship Management



Build and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and key stakeholders. Support the team in high-value negotiations and project closures. Ensure superior customer service and satisfaction through proactive communication.

4. Recruitment & Team Development



Recruit, train, and onboard skilled sales professionals. Promote continuous learning, professional growth, and team engagement. Encourage sharing of best practices to enhance overall performance.

5. Business Development



Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UAE construction sector. Collaborate with marketing to strengthen brand visibility and lead generation. Coordinate with operations and logistics to ensure seamless project execution.

6. Sales Reporting & Analytics



Track and analyze key performance metrics to assess progress and performance. Maintain accurate CRM data and prepare comprehensive sales reports. Recommend strategies to improve efficiency and maximize revenue.

Qualifications & Skills



Proven experience as a

Sales Manager or Senior Sales Leader

in the

building materials or construction industry

. Strong background in

project sales

(e.g., tiles, marble, paints, lighting, sanitary ware, etc.). Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Strategic mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results. Proficiency in

CRM systems and sales reporting tools

.

Bachelor's degree

in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

Valid UAE driving license

is mandatory.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
