Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline management.
3. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and developers.
Support the team in high-value negotiations and project closures.
Ensure client satisfaction through excellent service and responsiveness.
4. Recruitment & Development
Recruit, train, and mentor new sales professionals.
Promote continuous learning and professional development within the team.
5. Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UAE construction sector.
Collaborate with marketing to generate leads and strengthen brand presence.
Work with operations and logistics to ensure seamless project delivery.
6. Sales Reporting & Analytics
Track performance metrics and generate actionable insights.
Maintain accurate CRM records and submit reports to management.
Recommend corrective measures to boost sales effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as Sales Manager or Senior Sales Leader in building materials/construction.
