Kajaria is India's leading porcelain tiles manufacturer and the 7th largest producer of wall and floor tiles worldwide. With a fast-growing presence in the Middle East, we are expanding our UAE operations and seeking a Project Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai.

Role Overview

The Project Sales Manager will lead the complete sales lifecycle of project opportunities across the UAE market. This is an outdoor sales role (80% field-based), requiring strong relationship-building skills and the ability to drive project specifications, approvals, and conversions with key stakeholders including Developers, Consultants, Contractors, Architects, Interior Designers, and Clients.

This position reports directly to the General Manager.

Product Portfolio: Porcelain Tiles, Slabs, Sanitaryware, Marbles and Natural Stones.

Key Responsibilities

1. Achieve sales targets across the assigned geography.

2. Generate new business opportunities by building strong connections with Developers, Consultants, Contractors, Architects, and Interior Designers.

3. Manage project specifications, submittals, and product approvals.

4. Prepare quotations, technical submittals, and proposals tailored to project requirements.

5. Conduct regular site visits to track progress and ensure project satisfaction.

6. Handle price negotiations, paperwork, and payment follow-ups.

7. Provide technical and installation support where required.

Role Requirements

1. Minimum 6+ years of field sales experience in Tiles, Sanitaryware, or Faucets in the UAE market.

2. Bachelor's degree (mandatory).

3. Strong communication skills in English. Arabic proficiency will be an advantage.

4. Proven track record in technical sales and sales management within the UAE construction industry.

5. Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines with accuracy.

6. Attention to detail and high levels of professionalism.

7. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; CRM knowledge is an added advantage.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
