to lead and grow our sales operations in the tools and electrical applications segment in Saudi Arabia . The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of pipe tools, electrical equipment, and industrial applications, combined with sales management skills and commercial skills.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue in tools and electrical application markets.
Lead, train, and motivate the distributors sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
Manage key accounts including MEP companies, contractors, utility companies, renewables and industrial customers
Identify new business opportunities and key potential customers
Work closely with technical, service, product management team and marketing team
Conduct product training and technical demonstrations for end users and distributors
Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategy accordingly.
Forecast sales performance and prepare monthly/quarterly reports for management.
Ensure excellent customer relationship management, customer experience and after-sales support.
Support product launches, sales campaigns, and promotional activities.

Who you are?

For this role, you will need:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Electrical Engineering or similar field.
5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in tools, electrical, or industrial automation sectors.
Strong knowledge of tools, hand tools, electrical systems, and industrial applications.
Proven experience with selling products to the end users , distributors and achieving revenue targets.
Preferred Qualifications that set you apart:
Experience working with utility companies, MEP companies, contractors, industrial plants, or distributors.
Understanding of electrical safety standards and industrial compliance requirements.
Experience in launching new products on the market.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
