Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
Sales Manager - Offplan
to lead, mentor, and grow our team of real estate professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, a deep understanding of the Dubai property market, and the ability to inspire and drive performance in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, train, and motivate a team of property consultants to achieve individual and team targets.
Conduct regular performance reviews and sales meetings.
Provide coaching, mentorship, and on-the-job training to enhance team productivity.
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
Monitor market trends, identify opportunities, and recommend new business strategies.
Collaborate with marketing for campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
Client Relations
Maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and partners.
Support agents in closing high-value deals and negotiations.
Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and service delivery.
Operations & Reporting
Track sales performance using CRM tools.
Prepare regular reports and present key insights to management.
Ensure all transactions comply with RERA and company policies.
Requirements:
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in real estate sales (Dubai market preferred).
Proven experience in managing and motivating sales teams.
Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of
off-plan and secondary market
trends.
RERA certification (preferred or must be obtained after joining).
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
