Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Manager - Real-Estate (OFF PLAN) to join our expanding company and be responsible for managing, training, and monitoring a sales team to ensure sales targets are achieved. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strong relationship with Real-estate developer companies in Abu Dhabi is a must
- Achieve sales revenue targets as per the company business plan
- Support and assist agents in closing deals when required
- To motivate and monitor the sales team to insure the best productivity and consistent sales
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to improve marketing strategies for lead generation or suggest new ones
- Solid real estate experience in Abu Dhabi market
- Experience in the real estate industry for at least 2 years is a must
- Off-plan and brokerage firm experience is a must
- 2-3 years of work experience as a Sales manager
- Real Estate: 2 years (Required)
