Balanceia is a leading provider of enterprise software solutions, helping businesses streamline operations and drive growth. We are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic ERP Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and build strong client relationships.
Job Summary:
As an ERP Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales of our ERP solutions to mid-sized and large enterprises. You will identify new business opportunities, manage the sales cycle, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
Conduct product presentations and demos to prospective clients.
Understand client needs and propose ERP solutions that align with their business goals.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Collaborate with pre-sales, implementation, and support teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts using CRM tools.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in ERP or enterprise software sales in Dubai
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of ERP systems especially in Odoo.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
