Job Summary:



Al Saad Home Group

is seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Sales Manager

to drive the growth of our

hospitality bedding solutions

within the hotel sector. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the hotel industry, a proven track record in B2B sales, and the ability to forge strong relationships with key decision-makers at hotel groups, independent hotels, and hospitality procurement companies. This role is crucial for expanding our market presence and ensuring our products become the preferred choice for hotels aiming to provide unparalleled guest comfort.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Strategic Sales Planning & Execution:



Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and tactical plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for bedding products across the hotel segment. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and refine sales approaches. Contribute to the overall sales and marketing plan, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

2. New Business Development & Account Management:



Actively identify, prospect, and secure new hotel accounts, ranging from boutique hotels to large chains. Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with hotel teams including general managers, procurement directors, interior designers, and other key stakeholders. Manage and grow existing client accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our full range of bedding solutions. Conduct compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits to showcase the value and benefits of our products.

3. Sales Process Management:



Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure. Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports, regularly analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities. Utilize software effectively to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and maintain customer information.

4. Product Expertise & Customization:



Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge across our entire bedding portfolio, including features, benefits, and customization options for hotels (e.g., durability, hypoallergenic properties, specific thread counts, fire ratings). Collaborate with product development and operations teams to communicate client feedback and identify opportunities for new product offerings or enhancements.

5. Market Intelligence & Brand Representation:



Stay abreast of industry trends, hotel design preferences, and new developments in hospitality bedding. Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to build brand awareness and generate leads. Promote the company's brand values of quality, comfort, and service excellence.

6. Collaboration & Communication:



Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, logistics, finance) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and exceptional customer service. Provide regular updates to the CEO and senior management on sales performance, market insights, and strategic initiatives.

Required Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years specifically selling to the hotel industry (experience with bedding or hospitality supplies is highly preferred). Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of the hotel procurement process, including RFP responses, budget cycles, and decision-making structures. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills (verbal and written). Proficiency in Microsoft Office and company systems (Odoo). Ability to visit clients frequently and attend industry events. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. English speaking is a must; Arabic speaking is a highly advantageous. Existing network of contacts within major hotel groups or hospitality purchasing alliances. Experience with contract negotiation and large-scale project management. Demonstrated ability to analyze sales data and generate actionable insights.
