Sales Manager (ERP)
Job Location : United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities :

  • Own the ERP sales strategy, quarterly targets, and pipeline health for the UAE market.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Sales Executives; run weekly forecasts and deal reviews.
  • Build and manage channel/partner relationships and enterprise accounts.
  • Orchestrate full-cycle, complex ERP deals: discovery, demos with presales, proposal, negotiation, closure.
  • Report on KPIs (pipeline coverage, conversion, ACV, sales velocity) and implement performance improvements.
  • Collaborate with Marketing/Presales/Delivery to ensure smooth handover and customer satisfaction.
Requirements :
  • Proven success leading ERP sales teams in the GCC/UAE with consistent target achievement.
  • 6-10+ years in solution/ERP sales with experience in managing a high-performance team.
  • Strong leadership, forecasting, and enterprise negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with major ERP ecosystems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, NetSuite) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management; valid UAE work authorization.
