• 
  Supporting the company management in planning issues relevant to sales with regard to volume planning and profitability
  
• Compiling resources planning for the new and used vehicle inventory and developing measures to optimize inventory management
  
• Developing concepts to increase turnover and profitability in Sales and reaching agreement on these with the company management
  
• Planning, carrying out and evaluating sales promotion measures
  
• Ensuring correct/involvement in seasonal design of showroom, taking Mercedes-Benz standards into consideration
  
• Establishing and fostering contacts to decision-makers and spokespeople, as well as contacting and looking after VIP and major customers
  
• Involvement in interviews and decisions regarding employing new staff
  
• In contentious cases, clarifying entitlement to commission and assigning this to the corresponding member of sales staff
  
• Developing and monitoring sales and profit targets for Mercedes-Benz sales staff
  
• Analyzing attractiveness/profitability of key customers and customer groups/types of business
  
• Ensuring consistent utilization of all customer contacts
  
• Monitoring budgets and defined profit goals and objectives for the retail area
  
• Monitoring the development of incoming orders and deliveries to customers
  
• Developing measures for maintaining and increasing customer satisfaction
  
• Ensuring information from headquarters is followed up, archived and made available upon request

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree of Business or equivalent
  
• 10+ years of experience in Sales including at least 3 in a managerial role
  
• Commitment to delivering a high level of customer and Employee satisfaction
  
• Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team
  
• Proven Sales track record
