A Sales Manager is responsible for effectively working with peers - leading a team of sales representatives and coaching each team member to exceed sales results and provide exceptional customer experiences. This individual is also responsible for hiring, developing and retaining talent (enhancing employee experiences). A Sales Manager leads the district/territory and enables the successful implementation of corporate strategies across the territory. A Sales Manager is responsible for developing relationships with key customers in the relevant disease area, to increase Lilly\xe2\x80\x99s ability to drive adoption of our new and existing therapies.

Qualification & Experience

Qualification A degree is required (mandatory) Driver\xe2\x80\x99s License Experience A minimum of 4 years pharmaceutical sales experience is required (mandatory) Capabilities: The capabilities required for success in this role are based on the Team Lilly framework:
