Job Description
Concrete Products & Building Materials Outdoor Sales Manager Gulf Crown Building Materials is looking for an energetic and target oriented Outdoor Sales Manager.

- Masonry Blocks
- Thermal Blocks
- Aggregates & Sand Supply
- Generate Leads and Sales from Contractors, Small Projects and Landscape Companies
- Prepare submittals
- Prepare samples
- Prepare Quotation and follow-up of the same
- Communicate with all current and potential customers on a regular basis, providing solutions as needed, and oversee all sales activity in your assigned sales territory.
- Negotiate/close deals
- Maintain a professional company image at all times
- Build strong and successful relationships with clients
- Follow up with customers after meetings.
- Organizing and attending the exhibitions.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Proven Project sales experience of at least 5 years in Precast Concrete Products.
- Track record of achieving sales target
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Disciplined and organized to follow the company rules
- Familiarity with different sales techniques
- Computer use competency
- Fluent in English (Fluency in Arabic will add a great value)
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree
- Candidate with 5 years working experience in Sales, preferably in similar industry.
- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
- Sales: 5 years (Required)
- UAE Driving License (Required)
- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
