To strengthen our business in the MENA region, we are seeking a Sales Manager. The respective person will determine, understand, develop, and manage opportunities in both Residential and Commercial scale area.
Your main responsibilities in the team would be:
Responsible for market share and sales targets in the MENA region
Analysis and acquisition of new customers in the solar sector and further development of existing accounts
Building sustainable customer relationships through regular on-site visits
Regular presence at trade fairs and customer-related events
Good knowledge of own and competitor product portfolios (mainly modules and inverter)
Negotiating all contractual conditions; preparations of quotes
Market monitoring, ability to make reliable forecasts
Interface to order processing regarding supply, delivery and payments
Participation in the by-weekly calls and regular travel to Munich headquarter
COMPETENCIES
Business studies or other, qualitatively appropriate training
WELL CONNECTED in the field of solar business with at least 3 years working experience
Good technical skills, as well of modules and inverters
Experience with value selling and designing an account penetration strategy/plan
Familiar with the pursuing interests of the players in the different solar sectors (distributor, medium and big sized installers, EPC)
LANGUAGES
Fluent in Arabic and English
Skills in French or other languages will be an advantage
