As a sales Manager, you will be driving the sales performance for the Middle East/ Africa market, specifying and implementing effective sales and business-development initiatives in line with global strategy. Reporting to the Business Development Managers, you will be led to meet ambitious targets and exceed customer expectations. Your responsibilities: l Identifying new business opportunities and creating clear strategies to convert them into sales l Coordinating the information flow around sales activities and providing forecasts and market intelligence to marketing and sales l Establishing strong customer relationships and maintaining a positive customer experience throughout the sales process, including post-sales l Conducting contract risk assessments and working closely with relevant parties to mitigate risks l Completing the relevant reports and jobs designated by the director, and attend the relevant regular meetings Your background: l Experience in direct sales and channel sales at least 2 years of working experience in the PV /Solar -Inverter photovoltaic industry is preferred l Experience in business development, account management and cross-selling l A clear grasp of contract negotiations, risk management, and commercial and legal terms l Exceptional communication and negotiating skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a professional, \xe2\x80\x9ccan-do\xe2\x80\x9d attitude l A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or above l Fluent in English and Arabic language both oral and written (Meddle east region) Attractive salary up on interview result and location base Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED5,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
