This is a
full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates
, responsible for managing the sales team, developing strategies, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders including surgeons, hospitals, and healthcare decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the medical sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals and market opportunities
Oversee territory planning, customer coverage, and pipeline management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key surgeons, hospital administrators, and distributors
Support the team during product presentations, clinical trainings, and surgical procedures when required
Monitor sales performance, analyze reports, and provide regular forecasting and planning
Coach, train, and mentor Medical Representatives to enhance product knowledge and selling skills
Coordinate with marketing and management to support product launches and promotional activities
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Qualifications
Proven experience in
medical devices sales
, preferably in
surgical applications
Previous experience in a
Sales Manager or Team Leader
role is highly preferred
Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
Solid understanding of medical products, surgical workflows, and hospital environments
Ability to build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and key accounts
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or related)
Willingness to travel within assigned territories as required
