We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our medical devices sales operations. The ideal candidate must be a Biomedical Engineer with proven experience in medical imaging systems and sterilization equipment.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to perform at their best.
Identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.
Prepare and present compelling technical and commercial proposals to clients.
Negotiate confidently with clients and suppliers to ensure optimal terms.
Oversee the full sales cycle--from first contact to installation, training, and ongoing technical support.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or a closely related field.
Essential: Hands-on experience with medical imaging systems and sterilization equipment.
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the medical devices sector.
Deep understanding of hospital workflows and healthcare technology needs.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Flexibility to travel when required.
