Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and market growth.
Identify and acquire new customers, including contractors, consultants, interior designers, and real estate developers.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare pricing offers, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
Attend industry exhibitions, site visits, and client meetings.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide regular sales reports.
Lead and manage a sales team (if applicable), including training and performance evaluation.
Ensure all sales processes are aligned with company policies and standards.
Prepare monthly sales forecasts and contribute to budgeting and planning.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
5+ years of experience in marble, stone, or construction material sales.
Strong client network in the construction/interior market.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Valid UAE driving license (if based in UAE).
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
