We are looking for an experienced and motivated

Outside Sales Executive

to join our marble factory team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, visiting clients, promoting our marble products and fabrication services, and building strong long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Visit contractors, consultants, designers, and construction sites to promote our marble products and services. Generate new leads and follow up with existing clients to secure ongoing business. Prepare and submit quotations, follow up on approvals, and close sales. Understand client requirements and coordinate with the factory for production timelines and material availability. Conduct site visits to take measurements (if required) and ensure project specifications are clear. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management. Maintain a daily report of client visits, inquiries, follow-ups, and sales. Represent the company professionally in meetings and site discussions. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to ensure competitiveness. Build and maintain strong business relationships with key clients.

Requirements

Minimum 2-5 years of experience in

marble and Granite sales

. Strong knowledge of marble types, finishing, fabrication, and installation process. Valid UAE driving license (mandatory). Good communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and meet targets. English proficiency is required; Arabic is an advantage. Strong customer-service mindset. Ability to read drawings and understand project specifications is a plus.
