About the Role


We're transforming automotive aftermarket services in the region. As an

Area Sales Manager

, you will lead multi-site operations, drive sales & profitability, and deliver exceptional customer experience using technology, POS systems, and AI tools.

Key Responsibilities



Achieve sales, gross/net profit, and cross-selling targets. Grow revenue across service lines (oil, batteries, AC, tires, repairs). Improve customer satisfaction (NPS, CSI, Google Reviews). Ensure full POS utilization for billing, job tracking, inventory, and audits. Use AI-driven analytics and digital dashboards for KPI tracking & forecasting. Mentor branch managers and frontline teams to embed a tech-first culture.

Requirements



5+ years' UAE experience in automotive aftermarket/related sector. Valid UAE driving license (mandatory). Proven sales & operations track record. Multi-store & multi-brand management experience (preferred). Strong commercial acumen, CRM/POS proficiency, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint. Passion for using AI & technology to optimize operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED14,000.00 per month
