We are currently seeking a proactive and results-driven

Sales Manager

with a strong background in

joinery and carpentry

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth within the carpentry and joinery sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and interior fit-out sectors Prepare and deliver client presentations and technical proposals Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and clients Collaborate with the production and design teams to ensure accurate pricing and timely project delivery Conduct market research to stay informed about trends, competitors, and customer needs Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management Attend site meetings, trade shows, and industry events as required

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales within the

joinery/carpentry or fit-out industry

Strong knowledge of carpentry materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts Self-motivated, organized, and customer-focused
