Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets
Identify and secure new business opportunities in
office, retail, and commercial interior fit-out projects
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers
Prepare and present proposals, tenders, and quotations in coordination with estimation and technical teams
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client requirements
Coordinate with project and operations teams to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and CRM records
Requirements:
Proven experience as a
Sales Manager in Interior Fit-Out / Contracting industry
Strong knowledge of interior construction, materials, and fit-out processes
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred
UAE driving license preferred
