Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and increase market share.
Generate new business leads within commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality fit-out sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, clients, and developers in the UAE.
Prepare and present sales proposals, tenders, and contracts.
Coordinate with estimation, design, and project teams to ensure accurate pricing and timely submissions.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.
Negotiate terms and close sales while ensuring profitability.
Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM records.
Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.
Requirements
Minimum
5 years of proven sales experience
in a
UAE-based interior fit-out company
.
Strong network of clients, consultants, and contractors in the UAE market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Knowledge of fit-out materials, processes, and project lifecycle.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
