We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join our growing team and take charge of expanding our presence in the interior fit-out industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a strong understanding of the interior fit-out market, and the ability to develop long-lasting relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities:
Create and implement tailored sales strategies aimed at achieving and surpassing revenue goals.
Identify and target new business opportunities within the interior fit-out sector.
Cultivate and manage strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and industry stakeholders.
Develop and deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals that drive client interest and commitment.
Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively with potential clients.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs through market research.
Collaborate closely with design and project management teams to ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction.
Regularly track sales performance and provide management with detailed reports and insights.
Represent the company at key industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to build brand awareness.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field.
A minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, ideally within the interior fit-out or construction industries.
In-depth knowledge of interior fit-out processes, materials, and current market trends.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven leadership ability to motivate and guide a sales team to achieve exceptional results.
Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
A results-driven approach with a clear focus on achieving sales targets.
Strong networking capabilities and relationship-building skills.
A valid driver's license is preferred.
