Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager - Hydraulic Division to lead and manage sales operations for hydraulic products such as cylinders, pumps, valves, hoses, and related systems. The ideal candidate will drive business growth, strengthen client relationships, and achieve profitability targets while ensuring top-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to increase hydraulic product market share
Identify and acquire new customers across sectors: construction, manufacturing, oil & gas, marine, and industrial equipment
Lead and motivate the hydraulic sales team to reach targets and enhance customer satisfaction
Build strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and key accounts
Conduct market & competitor analysis to support pricing and business decisions
Prepare and present technical/commercial proposals to clients
Negotiate and secure profitable contracts
Coordinate with engineering & production teams for timely project execution
Track revenue, margins & performance metrics; prepare management reports
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and seminars
Ensure compliance with company policies and workplace safety standards

Qualification & Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field
5-10 years of experience in hydraulic sales (systems, valves, pumps, cylinders)
Strong record of sales target achievement & key account handling
Strong technical knowledge in hydraulic components & solutions
Excellent communication, negotiation & leadership skills
Proficient in MS Office & CRM software
Valid UAE driving license preferred
