Sales Manager - Heavy Equipment (Dubai) Sales & Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
Developing new customers in the assigned region and execution of customer coverage plan for self and team.
Handling a strong UAE customer base effectively with excellent customer relationship.
Proven Track record in Sales team management with effective CRM reporting structure.
Maximize organization\xe2\x80\x99s business by cross selling products of other divisions and acquiring good product knowledge and should be able to recommend/persuade suitable products to customer.
Acquiring good product knowledge and should be able to recommend/persuade suitable products to customer.
Using technical skills to demonstrate to customers the usefulness of the product or service and how it may suit the customer better than competing products.
Ability to individually negotiate and closing sales in a competitive environment with excellent objection handling skills.
Offering after-sales support in terms of communication and escalation, if required.
Solving or escalating customer issues promptly and effectively.
