We are looking for a highly experienced and result-oriented
Sales Manager
to lead our business development and sales operations in the
Oil & Gas supply sector
. The candidate must have a strong background in
industrial product sales
, preferably with
5+ years of experience
working with Oil & Gas companies, EPC contractors, and project procurement departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to grow business in the Oil & Gas supply sector
Generate leads, manage key accounts, and build long-term client relationships
Identify and secure new project opportunities with Oil & Gas companies, EPCs, and industrial clients
Promote a wide range of supply products, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing materials
Prepare technical and commercial proposals tailored to client requirements
Track and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
Lead a sales team and coordinate with internal departments for timely order fulfillment
Represent the company in industry exhibitions, tenders, and client meetings
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of sales experience
in the
Oil & Gas suppliers field
in the UAE or GCC
Proven knowledge of industrial and Oil & Gas sector materials (MEP, piping, valves, fittings, tools, etc.)
Strong client network in the Oil & Gas industry and related sectors
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field
Proficiency in English (Arabic/Hindi is an advantage)
Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
