We are seeking a driven and strategic

Business Development & Sales Manager

to lead our growth initiatives within the healthcare and event medical services sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, exceptional client management skills, and proven experience achieving sales targets in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute business growth strategies to expand EMAHS's client base and market reach. Identify and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations across corporate, event, and government sectors. Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and service agreements in coordination with operations and finance teams. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive prospecting and relationship-building. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention, satisfaction, and repeat business. Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events to promote services. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and service opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns, sales materials, and client communication strategies. Provide management with accurate sales forecasts, progress reports, and client insights.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

4-6 years of experience

in sales or business development, preferably in

healthcare, medical services, or event management

. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Excellent networking skills and client relationship management capabilities. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (Zoho CRM preferred). Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Valid UAE driving license preferred.
