Sales Division Manager Responsibilities:

Developing a comprehensive business plan that includes sales, revenue, and expense controls to manage organizational sales effectively. Achieving planned sales goals and targets. Establishing individual sales targets in collaboration with the sales team. Monitoring sales goals and providing regular reports on results. Supervising the activities and performance of the sales team. Coordinating with the marketing department to generate leads. Providing continuous training for sales personnel. Developing the sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education. Promoting the organization and its products. Understanding our ideal customers and how their needs align with our products.

Sales Manager Requirements:

Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field. Please note that candidates without an MBA or a Master's in Management will not be considered.

Proven experience in planning and implementing successful sales strategies. Strong background in customer relationship management. Demonstrated experience in managing and directing a sales team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Ability to effectively lead and motivate a sales team. A decisive and effective decision-maker. GPS Telematics field experiences is mandatory.

Thorough knowledge in ZOHO and ODOO CRM
