Job Description

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth and market presence of our GPS/telematics solutions. Your primary focus will be on developing and managing a sales pipeline, cultivating enterprise accounts, and leading strategic engagements in sectors such as aviation, logistics, and infrastructure. You will work closely with the technical pre-sales and support team to ensure a seamless customer experience -- from first contact to post-deployment expansion.

Key Responsibilities



Sales Strategy & Business Development



Define and implement go-to-market strategies for GPS / telematics products. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across aviation, logistics, infrastructure, and fleet-heavy industries. Develop a strong pipeline of enterprise and channel opportunities; own the sales forecast. Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders with support from the technical team.

Client & Partner Engagement



Engage senior stakeholders (CIOs, operations heads, procurement) to understand needs and position solutions accordingly. Present value propositions and solution demos with support from pre-sales engineers. Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategy, and account onboarding. Establish and grow a network of channel partners and resellers.

Market Intelligence & Growth



Track competitive landscape, emerging trends, and regulatory needs in GPS tracking and telematics. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client workshops. Provide input to product and engineering teams on client feedback and feature needs.

Required Qualifications



Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in GPS tracking, telematics, IoT, or fleet management solutions. Demonstrated track record of closing enterprise deals and managing high-value accounts. Strong understanding of B2B solution sales, especially in complex/technical environments. Experience selling into the aviation sector or large logistics/infrastructure organizations is a strong advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. UAE-based or willing to relocate; open to travel.

Preferred Qualifications



Familiarity with GPS tracking hardware (e.g., Teltonika, Queclink, Ruptela) and platform ecosystems. Understanding of airport ground operations, vehicle/equipment tracking, or air cargo environments. Experience working with partners or system integrators in the region. Fluency in English.
