You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building client relationships, and expanding our market presence across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand the customer base
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international freight forwarding
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients
Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
4-5 years of sales experience in international freight forwarding (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of UAE and GCC logistics market
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Proficiency in ERP/ CRM software and MS Office Suite
Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
