Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in the field of freight forwarding. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing the sales strategy to drive revenue growth, foster client relationships, and expand market share within the freight forwarding industry. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales management, a deep understanding of logistics and freight forwarding, and the ability to lead a high-performing sales team.

Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals and objectives. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Team Leadership:

Lead, motivate, and develop a sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets. Provide coaching, guidance, and support to enhance the performance and professional growth of team members.

Client Relationship Management:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners within the freight forwarding industry. Identify and address customer needs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and collaboration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet the unique needs of clients.

Sales Forecasting and Reporting:

Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, providing regular updates to the executive team. Utilize data analytics to measure sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

Contract Negotiation:

Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, ensuring terms and conditions are aligned with company policies and industry standards.

Compliance and Risk Management:

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all sales activities. Assess and mitigate potential risks associated with sales transactions.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field; MBA is a plus. Proven experience in sales management within the freight forwarding industry. In-depth knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, and international trade. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
