Sales Manager/Team Leader

with consist of minimum

4 Sales Agents

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in identifying new market opportunities, building strong client relationships, and optimizing the performance of the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance and productivity Set individual and team sales targets, and monitor performance metrics Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline development Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards

Qualifications:

Consist of 4 to 6 Sales Agents ready to join , who have expeience in forex sales Proven experience as a Sales Manager in Forex trading Platform in DUBAI Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
