Maintain and strengthen the relationship with Channel Partners, with the regular liaison.
Work with the sales team in developing and getting business from channel partners
Visit clients, oversee client requirements, oversee solutions offered/product/ price, etc.
Lead and effectively conclude commercial negotiations with new clients
Ensure receivables and inventory are as per the budgeted norms
Responsible for credit collection from credit customers
Supervise sales team members and drive business efficiencies
Maintaining delivery day schedule with the help of proper route planning & area division etc.
Implementation & monitoring of sales devices & daily sales, to avoid any discrepancy & malpractice.
Guide sales team members in the closure of deals, handling of complex issues/cases, and offering solutions
Competition mapping and Market Intelligence
Have a clear focus on important channels and build Distribution, Visibility, and volumes.
Identify target accounts and sales pitch segments with a complete product range. Build a strong relationship with each of the Key Accounts

Skills:
10 to 15 Years of proven work experience as a Sales Manager in the FMCG Industry in GCC (Preferably with previous work experience in a water company in GCC)
Fluent in English, Urdu, Hindi, and Arabic speaking is a plus point.
Experience managing a high-performance sales team
Should have the ability to build a new sales team and maintain the existing sales team
An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills

Remuneration & Reporting:
Reporting to: General Manager
Salary Range: 800 to 1000 OMR (As per experience & capability)
Medical Insurance & Group Life/WC will be provided
Annual Paid leave for 30 days & Return Air Ticket to the home country would be given once a year.
Age limit for the ideal candidate for this role: 35 to 45 years
Working days: 6 days a week with Friday OFF.
