Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Team Leaders & Sales Officers.
Drive sales for Credit Cards & Personal Loans through direct and indirect channels.
Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for acquisition, revenue, and portfolio quality.
Ensure strict compliance with UAE Central Bank & internal company policies.
Conduct regular training and coaching sessions for the team.
Monitor performance, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights to management.
Collaborate with Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams for seamless execution.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to maximize business opportunities.
Key Requirements
Minimum
5-7 years of experience
in Retail Banking sales (Credit Cards/Personal Loans) in the UAE.
Proven experience in
team management
and achieving sales targets.
Strong knowledge of
UAE Central Bank guidelines
on retail banking products.
Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a competitive market.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
