Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven

Direct Sales Officer

to join our dynamic retail banking team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers and promoting our credit card and personal loan products through direct sales strategies. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve assigned sales targets for credit cards and personal loans. Conduct field visits, cold calling, and lead generation to identify and acquire new customers. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through networking, referrals, and market research. Cross-sell additional banking products to maximize customer value and revenue. Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction to build long-term relationships. Address customer queries, objections, and concerns in a professional and timely manner. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of bank products, services, and promotions.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. 1-3 years of proven experience in direct sales, preferably in the retail banking sector. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive sales approach. Ability to work independently and perform under pressure to meet deadlines and targets.

Compensation & Benefits:

Monthly Salary:

AED 2,000 - AED 4,000 (based on experience)

Commission:

Attractive, performance-based commission structure
