Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the HORECA, retail, and distribution segments.
Manage existing client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet performance goals.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Collaborate with marketing and production teams to align product offerings with market demand.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum
3-4 years of experience
in
F&B sales or distribution
within the UAE market.
Strong understanding of the
HORECA and retail sectors

Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
