Export Sales Manager - Food Products
Location: Al Hamra Free Zone, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE

About the Role:
We are a dynamic and growing company in the food industry, seeking a driven and results-oriented Export Sales Manager to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. This is a critical role for a professional passionate about international business and food exports. You will be responsible for driving our global market presence, developing new business opportunities, and managing the end-to-end export process to achieve ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Sales:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our international sales channels.
  • Identify, target, and onboard new distributors, wholesalers, and key clients in international markets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing overseas partners.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned export sales targets and KPIs.
  • Market Intelligence & Strategy:
  • Conduct thorough market research to analyze trends, consumer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to shape product offerings and market entry strategies.
  • Export Process Management:
  • Manage the entire export order cycle, from inquiry to delivery.
  • Prepare, verify, and manage all required export documentation (e.g., Certificates of Origin, invoices, packing lists, health certificates).
  • Ensure full compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and food safety standards.
  • Logistics & Coordination:
  • Coordinate closely with logistics partners for efficient and cost-effective shipment of goods.
  • Have a strong working knowledge of Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF, EXW) to negotiate and finalize shipping agreements.
  • Liaise with internal departments (production, supply chain, quality assurance) to ensure timely order fulfillment and consistent product quality.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • A minimum of 4-6 years of proven experience in export sales, preferably within the Food, FMCG, or Agri-commodities sector.
  • Demonstrable track record of success in developing and managing international markets.
  • Strong understanding of export documentation, procedures, and international trade compliance.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with international logistics, shipping processes, and Incoterms.
  • A self-starter with excellent business development and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
