Job Summary:

We are seeking a

Sales Manager

with strong experience in the

UAE food market

to lead and expand our sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in food product sales, excellent market knowledge, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement

sales strategies

to achieve company sales targets and growth objectives. Identify and acquire

new customers

, including bakeries, hotels, food processing companies, wholesalers, and retail outlets. Leverage strong

local food market knowledge

to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive advantages. Build and maintain strong

customer relationships

, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business. Manage the

sales pipeline

, monitor targets, and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports. Collaborate with

production, logistics, and finance teams

to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries. Contribute to

product development

and continuous improvement based on customer feedback. Represent the company at

industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows

to promote products and generate leads.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum

3-5 years of experience

in sales of

wheat flour or related food products

within the UAE. In-depth

knowledge of the local food market

and existing client network preferred. Strong

communication, negotiation, and presentation

skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Own car and valid UAE driving license

required.
