We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to lead and manage our sales team, including van sales operations. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring efficient sales operations in line with company strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets in different Horeca and channels
Manage, train, and motivate the sales team, sales executives and van sales representatives, to achieve maximum performance.
Monitor daily van sales operations and ensure proper route planning, stock management, and customer service.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and trade partners.
Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities, competitive activities, and customer needs.
Ensure sales team compliance with company policies, credit control, and collection targets.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to ensure product availability and promotional activities.
Recruit, coach, and develop sales staff to strengthen the team.

Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience in food distribution/FMCG, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Proven experience managing van sales operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Excellent knowledge of the UAE market, mainly in Dubai and distribution channels.
Valid UAE Driving License
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
