Sales Manager - Flowers & Gifts Shop | Earn Up to AED 8K/Month
We are hiring a
results-driven Sales Manager
for our flower & gifts shopZlowers
in Dubai.This is a performance-driven role -- achieving targets every month is mandatory.
We are looking for someone sharp, proactive, and experienced in the flowers & gifts industry -- not someone who needs to be trained from scratch.Key Requirements
Proven experience in the flowers & gifts industry (mandatory -- do not apply if you lack experience) Familiarity with B2B e-commerce platforms (Careem, Noon, Deliveroo, InstaShop, Flowwow) Strong knowledge of fresh flowers, plants, and gifts trading Expertise in catalog management, pricing, and driving online sales Must consistently meet and exceed sales targets Skilled in daily stock checking, order counting, and preparing performance reports using Excel/Word or similar tools Ability to ensure on-time deliveries and maintain quality standards
Compensation & Growth
Base Salary: AED 4,000
Commission-Based Earnings - top performers can reach up to AED 8,000/month or more.
If you are not confident in achieving sales targets every month, this role is not for you. We want a self-starter who can take full ownership, drive sales, and grow the business.
