Role Overview:
The
Sales Manager
will play a key role in driving real estate sales by building client relationships, managing negotiations, and achieving ambitious sales targets. The role demands a proactive, results-oriented professional with strong communication skills and a passion for luxury real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
Handle end-to-end sales processes -- from lead generation to deal closure.
Conduct presentations and property tours to potential buyers.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client satisfaction.
Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably off-plan projects.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a target-driven environment.
Valid UAE
driving license
.
Languages:
English required; proficiency in
French, Russian, Chinese, German, Dutch, Japanese, or Taiwanese
is a strong advantage.
