Role Overview
:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager - B2B to lead our business development efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new B2B clients (corporates , retailers, resellers, boutiques, etc.), building long-term partnerships, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. This is a target-based role with both a fixed salary and a variable incentive based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
:
Identify, prospect, and onboard new B2B clients.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle - from lead generation to deal closure.
Develop and execute strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align go-to-market efforts.
Track sales metrics and prepare regular performance reports.
Requirements:
3-6 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in fashion, e-commerce, or retail tech.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
Compensation
:
Attractive performance-based incentives/commissions
Fixed Salary - 5k - 6k AED
Variable - upto 4x of the fixed base salary
